This Evercool E-1RE 29″ single-section solid door reach-in refrigerator is an ideal cold storage solution for your restaurant, bakery, or any commercial kitchen. It has a digital display and maintains temperatures between 33°F and 40°F. It also includes three epoxy-coated shelves with an 90 lb. capacity each, adjustable with shelf clips for customization. The self-closing door remains open once pushed past 90 degrees, allowing for easy inventory checks and restocking. Magnetic gaskets ensure a positive seal when doors are shut, and door lock provide added security for ingredient storage after hours, ensuring optimal safety.
Designed to hold temperatures from 33°F to 40°F, the refrigerator features a bottom-mounted 2/7 hp compressor that uses eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, which is environmentally friendly and more efficient than R134a/R404a refrigerant. The bottom-mounted design raises the bottom shelf for easier loading and unloading. For better temperature retention, the cabinet is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane. It operates on a 115V electrical connection.
