You can even use each compartment independently, one for dry food, another for water, or even turn one off if you don’t need it. • Independent Heat Controls Each steam table compartment features its own thermostat so you have the freedom to heat different foods to different temperatures, or not at all, with or without water. • No Plumbing or Drain Needed This steam table features independent “open well” compartments that accept spillage pans for holding water, making for a much easier installation vs sealed well types.
