LED lighting illuminates your pastries or other bakery goods from the top, and each adjustable shelf has additional LEDs underneath. Casters (wheels) are standard in each unit and come preinstalled. This self-contained system requires no drain, plug it in to showcase your pastries and cakes. The digital temperature controller is user accessible and operates between 36.6 F to 47.4 F , perfect for bread, baked goods, dairy, drinks, salads and more.
