Durability meets design in the stainless steel construction, complete with polished, welded seams for a professional finish. Beneath the cooktop, the standard oven offers both performance and convenience. With a 5.3 kW output and a temperature range from 150°F to 550°F, it’s ideal for light baking or keeping food warm. The oven includes 2 chrome plated racks that can be used in 3 different positions. This unit requires a 208V, 3-phase electrical connection and should be installed by a licensed electrician. Independent Burners The unit comes with four 9″ French-style sealed cast iron element plates. Each burner has its own control switch, which allows you to operate different burners based on different cooking needs, while providing flexibility and increasing efficiency.
