The Standard Range commercial restaurant fryer is designed to handle deep frying tasks in busy commercial establishments. Standard features within this model include two nickel plated baskets, standing pilot light design that provides a ready flame when needed, built-in heat deflectors, and individual gas control valves. Stainless steel front, door, and side construction makes this model easy to clean while also protecting from rust and corrosion. What’s more, every unit of the Standard Range Fryer can be cleaned and wiped down by hand. Ample code zones and sloping bottoms help collect and get rid of sediment from fry-pots in order to safeguard oil quality.
